The In-Person Summit Day was such a beautiful birth!

Dear Reader,

In the heart of the historical center for activism in Amsterdam, we gathered last Saturday with more than fifty birth professionals from different disciples to join in our passion for a better and more informed postpartum period.

These Women (and one father) collectively raised the awareness of what goes well and what do we need to improved for the new mother, her family and peers in the fourth trimester.

Franka Cadée's talent for storytelling and her decades of experience in the birth profession made her the magician of the day, helping the group prioritize, simplify, and deepen the topic.

We are grateful to have initiated this important dialogue, for it is only in collaboration and solidarity that we can democratize postpartum.

The work will continue. We’ll finish up, summarize and pack up the Call for Action that we can share to make postpartum health care a reality for everyone. But first, we’ll all bond, recover, cherish, and close up after this powerful birth, honouring the transformation that the Postnatal rEvolution Summit brought to our lives.

Thank you to our partners the European Doula Network and De Geboortenis, sponsors Wombs of the World, KiKi Mae, Dalalou Natuurlijk, Well Supported Mothers Collective and Yogi Tea Foundation, and all the speakers and participants.

Without your beautiful energy this Summit wouldn’t have been a success. We only can do it together 🔥🔥✨

See you soon!
