Dear Reader, Have you ever felt like society abandons women right after birth? Have you heard testimonies from mothers where postpartum "shattered them into pieces"? The fourth trimester is often neglected, even though its importance is central. But there is a way to change this narrative. Not just for others, but also for your own journey. Today, we want to share the stories of two women who were exactly where you are right now. They felt the "call," but they needed the bridge to turn that...

Dear Reader, Society prepares women for the birth, but it often abandons them right after. While the world focuses on the nursery and the baby clothes, the new mother is often left in a black hole of care. She is expected to be resilient, and to manage it all alone. But at the Postnatal Support Network, we know that the 40 days following childbirth are the most critical for a woman’s lifelong health. The truth is: Mothers need mothering, too. We are looking for compassionate leaders to help...

The days are still short, winter is not yet over — and yet, the light is unmistakably returning. February 2, traditionally known as Candlemas, is a moment that has long been associated with warmth, protection, and the gentle promise of renewal. Today, we reclaim it not as a religious observance, but as a symbolic pause — one that speaks directly to the postpartum experience....
